Kartbahn Spreitenbach asked ProKarting to design a multi-level track inside a hall with one fixed constraint, an existing bridge structure the client wanted to keep. Rather than work around it, ProKarting built the track’s identity from it, turning a structural limit into the venue’s most photographed feature.
Building around what was already there
ProKarting’s first double spiral feature. Custom safety netting in place of standard steel wire. Converted starting light system with integrated screens and brackets. Track art stretched vertically so the brand reads clearly from the visitor area.

How we built around an existing bridge
Keeping the original bridge structure meant designing every other element to work with it rather than against it: double spiral feature engineered around the existing structure, custom netting and starting-light system built specifically for this track, vertically stretched track art for maximum visibility from the visitor area.
Every project starts with a conversation.
This is one of the projects we’ve helped bring to life, but no two are ever the same. Whatever your building looks like today, there’s a version of this that fits it.
