Karting track design, precision engineered to code

Games Factory Reims required layout accuracy down to the centimetre. French building regulations set strict clearance requirements around every column, wall and ceiling height, and ProKarting’s design had to deliver a full-scale multi-level karting track within those limits without compromising the driving experience.

Built to French clearance regulations: 50cm from columns, 80cm from outer walls, 1.80m minimum clear height throughout. Every column finished in the client’s brand colour, turning a structural requirement into a deliberate part of the track’s identity. Layout engineered to make full use of the available footprint within regulation.

How we engineered to code without losing the experience

Strict French building regulations shaped every measurement on this track, and became a design opportunity rather than a limitation: column spacing held to 50cm clearance, wall clearance held to 80cm, ceiling height held to a 1.80m minimum throughout, columns finished in brand colour as a deliberate design choice.
